I started brewing this beer at the turn of the new year.  Last week, Shannon and I came home after work and decided to bottle it up.  She took a shower, I prepared for the bottling process.  Leave it to me to add 2.5 TBSP of sugar instead of 2.5 TSP for carbonation (a real head in hands moment).  Lolz.
